what is the best food for breakfast?
October 19, 2010, 11:39:54 am
Hello to all member on this forum,

This is a really a great community to share our thoughts and I discuss on this topic,

Quote
I think Eggs is the best for breakfast, Eggs is very important for health and I always take 4 eggs for a day, It is enough for a day to get good health, because eggs have a more protein for improving your health but eggs have a more fat so you always get some time to exercise and it is remove your fatness and get fit and healthy body..........

What’s your opinion guys?

A two egg omelet (including bacon or leftovers) is my staple breakfast at the moment. I can't climb 7c.

I had eggs for breakfast yesterday morning and climbed like a punter in the afternoon - perhaps I should have had spam instead...

Good use of the quotes function by the way, for a newcomer. Obviously went to Cambridge or Hull.

Granola: home made cooked oats, buckwheat, nuts, honey, sunflower oil, milk powder, and loads of other stuff. Apart from a full english it is the only thing I can eat at breakfast and not feel hungry till lunch. It doesn't make me as nauseous as a full english either.

The latest i-fern has an app that causes it to make a loud noise at a time that can be set by the user. This can be used as a way of waking the user at that time so that they have enough time to get ready for the days activity. The app is called "alarm clock"

Although, by lunchtime I am dizzy from hunger and my ability to use a spell checker goes right out the window

Thought I'd get that for you Jasper

Handy will have consider getting an i-fern to try that app out, all this time I've been relying on my cats to wake me up.  ::)

(I usually spend my time in the mornings doing house chores before heading to work, and haven't really eaten breakfast since I stopped doing a paper-round about twenty years ago).

Yeah yeah, Mrs FD is up at 06:30 every day, griddling my salmon, ironing a crisp white shirt and my daily paper before my driver arrives to collect me.

Actually, the best breakfast I have ever had is Eggs Benedict, Cwaffee and two ibuprofen at the cafe opposite Wilsons in Bishop.
