British Team strength conditioning?

Reading through pysched issue 3 I noticed the junior team do strength and conditioning training. With Elainor Hopkins stating that she reckons its 50/50 climbing and training, with training consisting of core,flexibility, strength conditioning etc. Malc Smith and Neil Gresham also recommend weights. Further reading showed that the british team also do strength conditioning training.

I want to know what sort of excersises these beasts perform in the hope that I can mimic it, become a wad and no longer be burnt off by tweens.  :thumbsup:

Hey Ben

What sort of training are you wanting to know? I coach a lot of the kids around Edinburgh and they do lots of different types of training e.g. core, conditioning in the gym, on the wall endurance, strength, power, speed, etc...

What sort of exercises, are you only interested in climbing specific or the more general training?
