Users are generally banned or deleted for being overly abusive to other forum users, for trolling or for other reasons specified.
I don't really want to ban anyone but some people are only here to cause trouble and are a detriment to the forum.
I've had to delete some users who's first posts were extremely offensive and have had to ban the following user due to his deliberate trolling posts and attempts to disrupt the forum.
