Yeah, I have to say I'm pretty tempted to move my fit club stuff over here, the only thing stopping me is that I feel a bit guilty as Biscuit obviously puts in a lot of work and if in no way affiliated to UKC.

Shark is probably too embarrased to point out that he started Fit Club on UKC.

I started Fit Club because I hated training and thought it would be a good way to force myself to train in a consistent or disciplined fashion. I now have a hatred of resting.

It didnt catch on straight away. There were some notable succeses attributed to Fit Club including a guy who lost 2/3 stone.   

I can see how some would see it as geeky or lame but I don't care. It doesn't embarrass me because it did me and others some good.

Sorry, there should have been a  after my post (2nd time this week I've done that) was only being cheeky - it's a good thread/idea was just using your post as an opportunity to poke some fun at the Borg..
