i've had a sore finger for about a month or so now, following a slightly tough sesh on my board. Its sore, especially when prodding in the area bellow the first joint (left hand middle finger), but only when i'm not climbing. nce i'm warmed up, as long as I climb open handed & taped it seems OK. just wondering if anyone else had anything like this?

didn't laugh when it happened no I'm afraid, didn't notice it until a few sessions later. All the advice I'vde found relate to pain while climbing, but this
is only sore or noticable when I'm not climbing. Defo different to other injuries I've had as it hurts when I'm climbing aswell as after a session, not just
when being prodded :/

You sure it's not just a pulley strain that needs to be rested and iced? My pulley's swollen at the moment. Found this online:
