I was wondering if any one can can explain how i use periodisation to get me stronger, I have read a bit about it on the forums but sounds to me every one has a different idea on how it should be done? I have quick acsess to a beast maker, campus board and a 45 degree wall, but now the summer is here i am out side as much as i can. Could do with a simple plan for the next few months any advice would be good!!
