Stolen from ecclesall road area, specialised big hit, very distinctive as its a raw frame with no paint. Boxxer rides, truativ cranks, avid 5 brakes. Very shabby looking but its matts(aka the space monkey) only bike. Anyone sees it let me know!

(touch wood) we are OK, our next door neighbour doesn't even close there garage, and there are a few bikes, snowboards and golf clubs in there. They often leave the light on all night in there too.

think there's been a big increase in breaking into out-buildings - less scary to the burglar, and more worthwhile now its hardly worth selling a dvd player down the pub.

i think household burglaries are down (due to goods being worth less or too big to run off with), sheds are being more frequently targeted (bikes and tools with reasonable resale value), and more muggings (as its more lucrative to nick your mobile than your telly).
