Okay, cheers. I guess it's something I may well have to experiment with, being mainly a routes climber I wonder if they will be more of a hinderance during certain types of training.

well i just bought for ~£8 from aldi (near waitrose end of eccy road, sheff) a motorcycling compression top.

Feels really nice, keeps you warm in the wind (not a summer climbing top). Short sleeved so no compression on the arms but can certainly feel it squidging my torso in. Good value base layer if nothing else?!

Just bought a body armour one from JJB, and already impressed with it. Feels really nice on. Had a double session today, so feeling pretty worked, will sleep with it on tonight and see how i feel in the morning.

I haven't been wearing it for climbing in. Just recovery.  What have peoples thoughts been for climbing in them?
