spotted these in V12 today.

Has anybody tried these or owt similar? What do people reckon? Seen Paxti Uso training with them on dvd's but not heard much else.... Might invest, but £40 a pair.

Good for corework and developing sickening pinch strength depending on how low you squeeze them! Also for getting strong shoulder stability the further you set them apart - picture Iron cross pinching whilst doing leg raises/levers  ;)

The larger ones are a lot harder than the smaller ones which were in V12 Liverpool originally (they may have been an odd batch or test version perhaps as the website doesn't show a size range?)

i'd save your money, unless you want to get comfortable doing iron crosses on round pinches. i don't think this is going to be the weak link in anyones reportoire somehow

k2ted, just be wary if a chap that looks like Paul O'Grady tries to flog you these if it was V12 in Liverpool. And be equally wary if a man that looks like an oversize rings gymnast tries to put you off them so you don't burn him off.

It's a dog eat dog world out there...
