Has anyone used these and do you rate it? Realised that my fingers are made of Weetabix and need strenghening.

i seen this stuff, just seems like re-inventing the wheel for the sake of marketing a particular product (i.e. their HIT strips). Basically its nothing more that normal system training when it boils down to it surely?

Yeah, it's just making a system board - you could build one out of wood for free.
I much prefer wood for that sort of thing, but if you don't then they might be worth getting. How much is a set of strips?

Cheers for the replies- I think I might give it a miss then, not shure how much they cost but I don't think I'm strong enough for system training at the mo.
