Stanage, Cliff or alternatives??

Anybody care to offer an early morning opinion on the condition of Stanage or the Cliff today?
Or suggest an alternative venue somewhere in the Sheffield, Leeds Manchester triangle.

Grey but dry in S10, good breeze too. Not the most inspiring but I daresay there'll be dry rock out there.

Mate in Otley says wet and foggy. Warned me off a trip to the cliff.

Slight drizzle here now. Though it was much worse yesterday, and folks found dry rock at Curbar and Roaches, so it'll be out there.

Edit, make that snow.

Is there something you're trying to tell us Nik?  :-\

On a more thread related topic - I've just driven from Man to Hull via the M62 and the weather was a mix of clag, grey and fairly frequent snow/sleet showers. Never got above 2deg C...  :(

Well given various uninspiring reports of conditions further afield I did indeed venture only as far as a clutch of local projects. And well I did for conditions were minto, perfect, shick-a-ding. Suffice it to say I will shortly be making an appearance on the YYFY thread, happy fuckin birthday to me indeed.
