Just a quick post to see if I'm going crazy... the chris craggs banner at the top quoting UKC... how long has that been there?  Has it always been there?

As an aside... magnolia as a colour scheme?  That is just soooo '80s.

Quite, although it does frustrate me that nearly every thread soon becomes blocked by the filtering software at work!  Usually just as the thread starts to really get going.  Either for bad language (I think the software tolerates a certain number of rude words before blocking a site, hence why I can read your solitary foul word on this thread Jasper), or for sex, drugs, alcohol references, or for imbedded url's.

I've never had a ukc thread blocked though.  Shame.  Maybe the work software needs to start filtering out references to "on-site", climbing mt blanc via the gouter route and the other boring as f*ck threads that seem to appear daily on there.  Or maybe filter out the condescending, literal, know it all posts that usually spoil a decent thread within ten minutes of it appearing on ukc.
