Clag watch... (Peak & Yorkshire edition)
February 07, 2010, 09:09:50 am
Not Bill Oddie in a hide looking for clag, but me wanting to know whether there is anywhere in the North (Peak/Yorkshire) thats going to be in nick today?
I've had a scan of the webcams and it all looks a bit inconclusive... It'd be nice to find some dry rock today, but it may have to be plastic at this rate...

By peak he means hope valley.

I'm currently hitting refresh on half dozen peak and yorks webcams.

Curbar mostly a little damp, but Sean's Arete and Ramboid both perfectly dry. Ben's Wall looked dry also.

Saw the piccies on the other channel - looked good though just out of the cloud... a good call but too far for me to go today. Ended up pulling plastic..   :( never mind.....

Went to North Wales on a tip off and it was indeed dry. Just a shame it was about minus 5 in the wind and out of the sun all day.

The pebble on Utopia is highly recommended! Terrifying
