Almost all of my deadhanging is in the form of 'recruitment' sessions as advocated by Mcleod, Buoux etc. I assume that for this to really be working I need to be doing the highest intensity hangs possible. These sessions typically last about 1-1.5 hours.
However, I have only managed to do my PB high intensity hangs (for me hanging the bottom rail on the BM one handed for a few seconds) at the end of board sessions (typically 1-3 hours). I assume that this is because I am more recruited. Which leaves me wondering whether a c.1hour 'recruitment deadhanging sessions are the way?
