Northumberland - Where to stay
January 27, 2010, 07:15:46 pm
Borrowing Cofe's idea, but looking to see if anyone has any beta on where to stay in the Northumberland area.

Ideally we're looking for something part way between camping, and a hotel. We'll be going in March, and we don't really fancy the idea of trying to drag ourselves outside of our warm sleeping bags, into a cold shower block unless we really have to. The perfect thing would be much like the campsite in Albarracin has. A nice cosy building, with beds, and kitchen, but not quite as homely as a proper Font Gite.

Also, cheap would be nice, as well as near to the Kyloe area, but willing to compromise on price, or locality, depending on other factors.

Anyone got any awesome beta?

Cheers

Bugger.

I should probably Punter myself for that. I normally get pissed off when people post something without looking first, but I was going out  :beer2: and just wanted to see what responses I got whilst out.

Sorry.
