When I try it says this:

Is it me, or is there something wrong?

Girls aren't allowed to alter Karma, it's one of the new rules introduced at the upgrade.
Along with any Sloper post with any political content beng deleted, any mention of 8as at Rivelin being altered to "grow a beard", and any of hOUD's posts being weirdly edited to contain fewer letters and more /s.

I re-installed the karma mod today but your permissions are showing correctly.

Try a CTRL+F5 and see if it helps.
