Yoga in Plymouth??

Hello,

This may be a bit of a long shot but can anyone recommend a good yoga class in Plymouth? Used to go to Zaffs classes when in Sheff and keen to find something equally likely to make me whimper, shiver and sweat with discomfort.

in plymouth i do not know, i'm afraid, if you are willing to travel a bit there are many classes run in Totnes.

I might have guessed there'd be plenty of classes in Totnes! Might see if I can find one a little closer to hand though. Thanks!
