I have been fingerboarding a bit on my bodgy home made set up and I thought I should do a bit of work on my little fingers. You know, work your weaknesses and that.
On a big S7 campus rung I can hang off both little fingers with 70kg weight taken off on a pair of scales. I weigh 77kg, so each finger is responsible for a staggering 3.5kg! Anybody weaker than this?
