Irish punter here, first time I've put any real thought into what I want to achieve for the year, feels strange to put them out into the open, ah well, all the more reason to achieve them I suppose!

Climbing:

Stay injury free, stay motivated and disciplined in terms of training, identify and more effectively train my weaknesses, get to as many new crags as possible

Bouldering- 7B+, go bouldering abroad for the first time, font in the autumn would be amazing, complete some unfinished business at home, put more effort into trying problems that don't suit me
Sport- redpoint 7c, onsight 7b, hopefully a trip somewhere new next winter, siurana maybe, get some stamina so I can string more than 10 moves together
Trad- really have to up the trad mileage, get out more consistently, stop my head from holding me back, E3 onsights, E4 onsight/ground up, a trip away if possible

Non climbing:

Stay focussed and maintain minimum 2:1 average in university
Start running more frequently
Sort out a decent job for the summer/part time job during college

Some pretty big goals for me, but I'm in the perfect position to achieve them, as I'll be studying in Boulder from January until May, YYFY, here's to a good year for all

Last years were: climb 8a+ route - done, 7B+ boulder - not yet but there's still a chance.

try swing thing. It'll be over in 5 minutes either way and then you can go and have a nice cup of tea.

-Climb more 7a+ to 7b+ problems since i've only done 2 7a+s and one 7b+

-Onsight E4 

-Possibly climb a font 7c problem

-Get better finger strength by using the beastmaker properly instead of once ever 2/3 weeks 

-Oh and of course.. climb outdoors more! (this being the most important)

Run at least twice a week and stretch every day.

Play my guitar lots.
Train our German Shepard.
