Last night was the first round of the (friendly!) Foundry Bouldering league. Safe in the knowledge that the king of pinches Sergio was stepping aside this year I scoured the car park for signs of the Plumtree's TraxFM wagon and when I couldn't see it I nearly skipped into the bouldering wall, only to find Messrs Harris and Moseley calmly picking off the hardest problems. Bugger. Then Ms Schirrmacher turns up, and of course I'm thinking that the Sellars must be round the corner, but no, and finally Spains strongest export Kevin was there. All in a good night, and the banter was excellent.
Dunno what the results were, gonna bob down there tonight and have a look. I got 188. Pretty sure Roy Boy will have either gotten a clean sheet or dropped three only - 197!!! Harris - bout the same as me, and dunno for Kev.
Come along to the next one, its largely a banter giving exercise, only £5 and not even the day before the weekend. Good craic.
