Ladders and Doubles on Jugs

There is a line of jugs on the campus board I have access to, unfortunatley there is not a set of slopers. I can ladder my way up and down and hit doubles up and down.

Is there any benefit keeping this up as it is clear that my explosive power is there and I want to progress onto campussing where contact strength is more important. I assume it would assit during warm-up/down?

I have only recently started turning my attention to the rungs and can now do a full pull-up on a 2cm rung and next session I will work on progressing this into 1,2,3
