I once found a mini green pepper inside a red pepper:

I don't like it when that happens, I feel like some kind of back street abortionist removing the baby pepper.   

Although thinking about it, that's not very rational when I then go on to chop the mummy pepper into pieces without any guilt.

Found another Giant puffball on my parents patch at the weekend, those fellas are freaky. The giant brain lasted many meals, yum yum - not dissimilar to tofu really.

Good find. Pretty unusual to get them so late in the year. Must be due to the plentiful rain and late first frost.
