Great news for Hull but it's such a shame that his talent has been wasted.

This is quite an important e-petition in light of recent events and is well on it's way to achieving the necessary 100k........

I hope the Milan rumours aren't true. We need players like him in the Premiership if only to wind up Rio Ferdinand.

Great news for Hull but it's such a shame that his talent has been wasted.

Shame we carried on with the purchase when his medical said he still had a dodgy knee.. shame we didnt have a relegation clause in his contract.. Shame he didnt take the transfer to Celtic on the same (£45k) wages last year but instead asked for more.. Shame he turned up wankered for training..

So its partly Hulls fault for not being careful enough (taking a gamble) on the medical front and with his contract - but its also down to Him too..

Sadly, his lack of willing to take a transfer elsewhere for less wages (even only a little less - when he was loaned to Ipswich we were still paying 25k per week, Ipswich the other 20..) makes me (and most HCAFC fans) question how strong his commitment to playing football actually is! He's a very talented player, when he's on form hes superb to watch, and he's a great character (as in funny). For whatever reason its happened, its still sad not to see him playing..

Anyway, this one is going to rumble. We've effectively sacked him - he is getting no more wages. He can appeal - he may well do. But we still hold his registration, so I suspect he/Hull will negotiate some sort of pay off then he can go and join another club...

Meanwhile.. Michael Owens rock and roll life style continues... Balotelli? Pah, he's a pussy cat in comparison when it comes to partying..

Finally assembled a team this morning for the FL.

Stuck Vorm in nets on the être thru of his performance on Monday and have Aguero, Suarez and Ba up front.

I've got two weddings on this weekend today and tomorrow  :pissed:

Amazing stuff from Brighton last night. Our best start to a league campaign in 53 years.

Along with Saints. 2 south coast teams at the top? Unprecedented, must be something in the water.

Pompeii, pompeii where are ya?

I'm not going to complain about 10 points from 4 games! We should have cruised to three points on Saturday but fair play to Blackpool. Holloway made 3 subs and changed the game. Tactically he got it spot on and Gus fucked up, sounded like a draw was a fair result.

What the fuck is going on at Ipswich?  :-\

This league is WIDE open. The top guns are near the bottom.. the newly promoted clubs are at the top, teams are winning one week and getting thrashed the next - all over the table. In many ways its the ideal start - its a bit like the F1 idea of starting the race with the grid positions backwards! (not saying Soton or BHAFC shouldnt be up there.. but you know what I mean..).

I'm also tempted to put a cheeky fuck all or two on Chelski for the league.. everyone seems to have written them off but whilst there may be age theres also stacks of experience - and they know how to win...

As previously mentioned we have got three centre backs, one who has been injured on a seemingly permanent basis since he signed in the summer, one who I suspect is patched up to allow him to continue playing week in, week out and the other is a NZ international. Pity we can not turn one or two of our our seemingly inexhaustible supply of mid fielders into defenders.  :'(

On a similar note Ipswich are pursuing Bullard at the minute but with three or four other clubs are also in the mix allegedly.

Interesting article by David Conn on Tevez "ownership". The list of underworld scumbags who have made money from his loans and transfers is quite impressive!:
