They'll play at whatever time generates the most money from sponsorship, tv audiences, etc.  Remember the 94 final being played at walking pace due to a midday Californian kick off, which coincidentaly was early evening in Europe  .  it was a complete bore and was the first final to be decided on pens, the end result doesn't matter as long as the cash register rings.
