A lot of low lying damp fog around holmfirth/hudds way and BBC also says fog for sheff till 11/12ish so might be a bit damp till it burns off around lunch time

Stanage, Burbage etc have been clear of the fog all morning. Its banked up thick on the east side but much less in the Hope valley, I'm sure all grit will be dry today. Good weather for adders apparently.

It was drying out yesterday afternoon at the Plantation - deliverance trav, green trav dry. I expect it will be a similar kind of day today, with the odd thing dry...

stuff at trackside was very nearly dry just before it started to rain yesterday evening, and I heard remergence was dry but flooded out. rock should br drier today though the wind might be a bit lighter - should be less rain during the day though.
