I know there's a lot of rain and warmer temps forecast overnight but when I left today:

There is a massive platform under Shiznit / Twim Cam after Mark20 built up my effort from yesterday. Shiznit was climbable, twim cam a bit damp from snow melt in the break.

Mark and myself built up the platform under Nerfertiti and platformed Puck too. I didn't go that far but I know Mark dug Three Blind Mice on Friday so that should still be there.

Now it's a case of fingers crossed for some dry weather and a breeze tomorrow!!

We brushed the snow off the top of The Terrace too, so that might be OK tomorrow afternoon.
I'm not sure the platform under 3 Blind Mice will be much good after the deluge tonight, but the others should last a while.

Now it's a case of fingers crossed for some dry weather, a breeze and that my car still works tomorrow!!

Maybe, but the platforms are compacted down pretty well. I'd be surprised if they disappeared completely overnight.

Usual stuff at Burbage dry today, pretty decent conditions too.
Anything that takes run off is fucked though, lots of water about, the stream is a raging torrent - you need to walk on the road to get round it!

Remergance was great at dusk.
Zaffs and velvet crab had alot of sheep leftovers so would leave them alone for a while.

Hhmm, not too bad. A puddle in the middle but full of rocks. Would be fine with a tarp I think

Platform under Desperot still good today, thanks to the guys who built it. Stump hole was wet with run off but Birchen was bone dry.

No.

I was at Burb South this afternoon. Quite good conditions till it started drizzling.

An abbreviation of conditions? that saves typing 3 letters?

What grabbed my attention more from that post was the suggestion that 2nd February may be the last decent day of the season.  Crazy talk.

Woooooaaaahhh... we're a long long long way from having to use some gently moistened cotton wool to wipe the sleep from around the turtles eyes...
