Went for a walk round Birchover area. Didn't see any dry rock. Some kind of heavy post cold snap condensation thing going on, not helped by periodic rain.

Depends on the wind I'd say, everything is starting out pretty wet.

Burbage North mainly wet but dry in a few places. Some keen lads were at Remergence but a lot was wet. I imagine it will slowly dry but it's not great.

Proper good nick on remergence from 1430 onwards, really confortable temps and grippy.

Apparent North was good most of the day (got there about midday). Even thought The Sloper Traverse felt reasonable.

It was still raining in Sheffield at midnight, some blue sky overhead at the moment but I probably wouldn't rush out first thing.

Very strong drying wind though, all the slates, tarmac pavements etc are bone dry in sharrow.
