can say that most of the stuff at gardoms edge was fairly dry, few things like bin ladens cave and pogles arete thingy were quite damp on the top but other things were dry. not too sure about marks roof, was quite damp at 12ish but probs dried.

Froggatt was mint today, no signs of the seepage you often get on the Great Slab.

Rowtor on weds, who knows. I'm sure it would have been fine today, but forecast is iffy.

Keen to go do Suavito tomorrow weather permitting. If anyone else is keen try it, it'd be cool to get another spotter/pad! Went and looked at it on Monday but it was going dark by the time we arrived. Barry Sheene looked interesting too.

Did it get hit hard in the eastern peak by rain today?

I wouldnt mind teaming up to give that a go. If you dont mind a complete punter?
rain wise it absolutely pissed it down about 2/3ish in hathersage today, looking pretty clear skied now tho, quite a breeze earlier after the heavy downpour too

Hey no worries. I took up 5 pads and got it on video sans spotter in a couple tries, then did Barry Sheene on vid too. I'm lazy so will just chuck them on youtube unedited. Conditions were better than I expected today. Proper pristine!

We hit Baslow after and the Flatworld area was in good nick... though the same can't be said for my skin after firing off Flatworld RH and splitting 2 tips  :boohoo: Thought the LH was a bit soft but good fun.

(sorry wrong log in again!)

Pretty clear in Sheffield central (light, but high clouds, plenty of blue), Peakwards looks ok, but a few clouds gathering which would fit with the forecast for cloud.

EDIT - Check out some webcams in the area(s) of interest

lightly raining now near froggatt, rained abit overnight too
walls e.t.c are wet now so i think the edges could be pretty damp too unless there is a strong wind up there

If it stops snowing and the sun comes out, yes. If not, no, unless you want to do Goliath's Groove at M8.
