Predictably, Nana Finger and Remergence areas at Burb N were OK last thing this after/eve - better than nothing

The rock was well tested with the combined mass of DJ SlimFast and me. It might be a bit steeper as a result, but the crag is fully certified to it's original SWL for at least the next year.

was out near fox house this morning - its all enveloped in very very thick wet mist, i.e. you can pretty much call it rain.

Was thinking of a cratcliffe/RHS visit tomorrow but forecasts for Bakewell and Matlock differ - one is overcast 8 deg and the other constant drizzle. Worth a punt or best to just go the orme which is forecast sun and 10 deg??  :-\

Unless it is dry and breezy tomorrow I wouldn't bother.  Everything was covered in clag all day today and I reckon it will probably remain damp particularly at the crags you are thinking.

Plantation was beautiful today. Everything around deliverance ie Capt hook, Brass Monkeys, Joker, Help the young dry. Conditions perfect aswell - should be similar tomorrow looking at the forecast.

The mist is wet again today sadly. Dry mist is a rare thing, but often brilliant conditions.

I once had really thick dry mist at baslow. Climbing was totally bone but visibility was 10m tops. Even had mountain rescue pay us a visit, assuming the single car in the carpark must be a lost walker.

Went the Roaches on tomtom's advice and had a full day out. It was as you said, bone dry but with a bit of mist. Got pretty chilly at the upper tier/doxsey's pool areas.. brrrr!

Plantation was quite nice last night. Green traverse was nice. Managed the reverse which was a first for me. I can thoroughly recommend problems covered by trees. It kept the mist away. Might go and find Blair Witch Project.

Yeh it was super sticky yesterday, the "holds" on the Joker actually felt like holds for once   :o
