been up to woodwell for the first time and had a go at the art of self destruction.has anyone tried it and what are you allowed for hands and feet? cheers

You are allowed the undercuts at the back and two little crimps for your hands. There is a footlock at the back and a nubbin in the roof for your foot. The good holds out and left are most definitely out.
Cracking problem that is about as basic as it gets once you are out on the crimps.
