Does the Norwegian met office come recommended then?

always been most accurate for me when I have used it with met or bbc for uk long stuff.
In font the hour by hour stuff was exact. Neil at maisonbleau recommended it to me.

Was at Wimberry on Saturday, conditions were actually not too bad,  Miles slab and Think Tank were both very green and damp, but Fish/Sloping Top/Sugarloaf all ok.

But then it rained all day yesterday...

No. The Met Office forecasts will be more accurate for the UK. The met Office provides the BBC with their forecasts and so they are identical, if presented in a different way. It's become a bit of a bug bear of mine, but these UK forecasts produced by random countries aren't more accurate. The Unified Model used by the Met Office is generally considered to give the best results (with the possible exception of the model used by the ECMWF for medium range forecasts) and the spatial resolution of the model over the UK will be finer than that of other 'random' countries forecasts.

What's view on metcheck Mr Morefat? I've always assumed they'd rely on metoffice data so it's just a rehash. Any knowledge about that? Thanks.

A mate of mine did Stateside a couple of days ago, so I assume that area must be ok.

its been dry all week in Manchester, only takes an evening of clear weather for it to be dry the next day. Forecast is dry sunday as well so should be ace, nice and cold as well so Dark Matter should be in prime condition if you can call it that.

Was pretty nice at wimberry yesterday. A little green (even by wimberry standards) in some places.

Sugar loaf looked okay maybe a little green in places.
Sloping top boulder looked pretty green and probably needs a decent brush.
The tank was dry.
The elephant bum face was great clean dry
Project Dyno was chalked and tick marked (not sure who by though) I meant to clean it off before I left but I forgot.
Think tank got a couple of ascents but was pretty dirty.
Fish arete was chalked. The top out was a little dirty but was brushed so should be okay.
One group was on wimsome it looked really green. I think it could do with a proper clean.

Thanks for the update, nearly went there myself yesterday, before other plans put a stop to that.
