Ah yes... Those 100 'business leaders' have their work force close at heart. Not the shareholders or their own benefit then?

And 1 in three of them are Tory Donors and 1/5 have been given honours... http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/one-in-five-of-the-businessmen-who-signed-protory-letter-were-given-honours-by-david-cameron-and-one-third-are-tory-donors-10148897.html

Honestly Sloper, I have no love for Labour.

I'm not convinced  of Jasper's card carrying communist status (as you like to imply) either.

The whole exercise is pathetic, for the reasons stated.

The assumption that that which is good for the Boss /share holder is also good for the employee, is utter tosh. Trickle down is a crock of fetid dingo's kidneys.

On a much happier note, I celebrate the retiring of my former employer, if only I could believe he was bowing out as puppet master of the Cons too...

I'm in favour of staying in Europe and against reducing the main rate of Corporation Tax so no, I've no double standards on this issue as that is the specific policy the people signing this letter referred to.

Sloper your posts are like a toddler bashing his rattle against the bars of his cot. Repetitive, pointless and really quite irritating after a while.

You rant on about tribalism without realising (although I'm sure you actually do) how completely stupid that is when you're playing the part of Tory troll, trying to turn everything into a tribal left v right (or in fact Tory v Labour despite the fact that I've stated many times that I have no love for either) slanging match instead of a debate.

I don't think for one second that you actually believe what you just wrote about "better for the employees" as if you do then you're not being a troll you're being really thick.

There was a hint of bait in the water, I'll cough that one guvnor.

The suggestion that campaigning was the equivalent to telling people how to vote is just retarded: as for the campaign being motivated by personal interest, do you think that these folk would be (personally)  materially worse off if Labour won?

There is a party political point here.  When Labour roll out business leaders to campaign, that's fine and you don't complain (and neither do I), when the Tories do it, you do complain: what's the difference?  When leaders of the BMA come out and say that the NHS is on 'life support' and say vote Labour their voice is heard because there's an acceptance that they know what they're talking about, perhaps, maybe just perhaps, the business leaders regardless of their political views also have a degree of standing?

Jesusfuckingchrist, let's bring this back to its roots.
Yesterday, after a session of about 15 footless boulders from 8 to 15 moves, I couldn't do more than one one armer per arm. One!  :wall:
Time to hang the boots. Oh wait a minute, maybe I've already done that.
Time to hang the microcrimps then.

Today I found out that I can only do the crux of powerband the lanky way (way barrows does it on the big link). :boohoo:

Will it still count?! It's not like it's easy that way or anything but I've heard that alternative sequences aren't allowed on this limestone stuff...

Managed to finally get enough bandwidth in Albarracin camping to log on, Spend 4 points to bring Coutinho in and bench Bolasie for him... Greatest fantasy football blunder of the season  :slap:

It was offset slightly by a great day out bouldering, followed by amazing tapas in a hidden backstreet via a good tip off!

Meh, one day when average heights have increased it'll be the normal way of doing the end!
