Three finger pocket down in Bathford on the V8 traverse...shoulda stopped when it started to ache a bit.
Kept going for another attempt and small *pop* in the forearm...game over.
At least I had the sense to stop climbing then...

Fell of the end of Broken Heart. Twice. First from one, and then two split tips on my left hand pissing blood everywhere. First go stopped on the jugs to pack it with chalk and dry it out, then fell off higher up because my right arm was fucked, second time i got there decided to race to the end and hope it went ok, only to grease off the last left handhold of clever beaver and realise i now had the second split.

had a gout flare up again. got it in my back which is unusual normally my knees and ankles but means i can hardly move let alone climb.
