right, the piccie you want to link needs to be on the web,
right click it
Select properties
Now highlight the 'Address (URL)' section,
Either hold down Ctrl+C or right click and copy
Go to your post on UKB and insert the contents of the clipboard by either right clicking in your post and then selecting paste, or by CTRL+V
that should give you something like this:
