Nicely done site, but aimed at beginners really - most of those moves will come naturally to anyone who's climbed a while. Best thing is the large sideways dyno by Klem Loskot.
Flash is great for resizing because as it uses vector graphics, it isn't restriced to a particular pixel size, so it can draw the same graphic at any different size really easily.
