I'm not a big dog fan (I like them, they can be very cute - especially when wee, I will pet them and walk them and enjoy their company bit I wouldn't want one in my house) but I really do love Border Collies.    I wonder if they can make G&Ts though?

Dave!  He's gorgeous (although very small in that picture), a most excellent name. 

He might be upset and that's why he's spraying lots, maybe try one of these, Feliway sprays, they're pretty good for helping new cats settle in and calm down.

already have, I think Brian and Buxton our other 2 cats may have something to do with the spraying... also he is booked in for..... THE OP  on friday so that will also calm him down.

On the subject of Collies I'd like to enter my girlfriend to this thread. If you ask her questions prompting a surreal image when she is asleep or only very slightly awake then you tend to get some strange answers.

Will: If you could be any breed of dog which would you be?

Daisy (mumbles): A Collie.

Will: Why?

Daisy (mumbles): Because they like sheep and I like sheep.


I also asked her what she would have me cook for her if she could have any food in the world. The response came back in a delightfully cute half asleep mutter "chocolate lasagna"
