The answer is simple. There are an awful lot of really cute / interesting / weird in a good way animals out there. There are not an awful lot of dead fit burds who go climbing. It's a sad fact, but it's true; it's a whole lot easier to find pussy suitable for this thread than it is for DFBWGC.

Cats and plants don't mix well; I can only have big ones and even they need to have stones and tinfoil in the bottom to stop the digging out of all their soil. I had to give up on growing veggies too, apparently in cat world tomato plants are for ransacking and trays of baby lettuce make a good comfy bed.
You could get lids for your propagation trays?
