Ok, when i was in Thailand, my laptop suddenly got a white line down the center of the screen, just off center actually. Just less than a centremeter the full vertical length of it. I assumed it was something to do with power, etc etc, or i banged in travelling. Anyway, could do with a spare laptop at the moment, so am going to try and fix it. What are the chances its the screen itself? Or will it be likley something on the graphics board/motherboard? I was just going to order a screen off ebay. Hoping to fix problem. Any thoughts or similar problems before guys?
