Here is the credit crunch version.  Saw these in IKEA and for £6.50 couldn't leave them on the shelf.

Ignore the red plastic b@llocks, that comes straight off.   They work well enough for pull ups, dips, etc.  Not tried anything fancy on them.


Incidentally anyone seen these things for reducing the load on ring training.  Seems like a great idea.



NOTE: Under no circumstances should you actually visit an IKEA store to purchase these items.  I'd rather visit Meadhowhall on Christmas eve with tooth ache than set foot in an IKEA store again!

They have an equivalent to the elite rings unit and a pulley system at the gym I go to. The pulley is 50% advantage, the elite (depending on you're setup) is about half that. They are both good ways to progress and keep good form.
