You can't downgrade Stevie Haston. He's our Grandad beacon of hope.

8c+ at age 52 is still massively impressive! (and he 's done E6)

It's fucking awsome.

And fucking irritating too.

How anyone works out where to go on the roof of that cave I'll never know, there're more draws hanging from it than there are bats in the bat cave.

Jim Pope posted on FB that he did Kabaah 8c+ this morning, his first at the grade I think. Also gather he's left school now so presumably a full timer?

More on Jim's ascent here: http://www.ukclimbing.com/news/item/70743/kaabah_8c_by_jim_pope

William Bosi is also at work on Hubble.

No, Jim is doing his A levels. William is full time.

I think William will probably do Hubble today.

Aidan Roberts flashed Tsunami today, and practically everything else at Rubicon. He won't shout about it so I thought I would.

had to google him, there's a nice interview here from last year https://www.thebmc.co.uk/aidan-roberts-interview

Lakes based and does all his training on a 50 degree board in his shed and a beastmaker.

Good effort flashing Tsunami I reckon. Assuming he's done it the sloper match way and not done bigger splash direct standup or kneeling first then Jesus that's impressive. Savage. It's quite knacky and droppable.
