I see from Instahelm that David Fitzgerald has repeated The Ace and that the whole thing was captured on a Moon Climbing live feed!

I stalked him for about 30 minutes at Petit Bois yesterday, but unfortunately he didn't pull onto anything. Quite disappointing really.

OnBouldering reported that she's the 8th woman to climb 8b+. They have a list too: http://onbouldering.com/8b-senders-ladies-club/

But you said Mecca is 7B into 7A. I think you need to go and have a word with those socks on your feet. They've pulled the wool all the way up to your eyes...

Stevolution is actually Evo into Kaabah. There is a half decent rest after clipping the Evo chains then you join Kabaah just before the 'niche' rest before the upper crux. I would say from the belay of Evo to the finish of Kabaah would be French 8b or thereabouts. It depends on how hard you think the crux of Kaabah is, probably Font 7b+, perhaps a bit generous at Font 7c. Lots of resting after doing Evo for a route of that grade.

'Roofolution' 9a is Ben's into Evo, which i understand is significantly harder than Stevolution as an overall proposition. I belayed Ryan on it 3 years ago when he got close. Incidentally, Ryan said that he thought Evo was harder than Jungle Speed.

Sorry, third ascent although there could be others. Quality sideways shuffling though.

Will Bosi has done Jungle Speed on his first day in Spain in 4 goes. Used to be 9a but he says it's 8c+. Monster .

trip summary on the other channel:

https://www.ukclimbing.com/news/item/71065/news_-_jungle_speed_a_muerte_by_will_bosi

2 x 8c+ (A Muerte, Jungle Speed)
1 x 8c (Directa Cornualles (2nd go))
2 x 8b+ (El mon de Sofia (flash), V de Vendeta 8b+ (3rd go))
2 x 8b (Cronica (onsight), Migranya (first go this trip, having tried previously))
1 x 8a+ (Cop de Cigala (2nd go))
3 x 8a (all onsight: Memorias de Una Sepia, Minimal Teckno, Anemone Nipapa)

Not bad for 12 days.

Although I'm more impressed that he was only 16 when he did Monk Life!!
