Amazeballs! Has 8B been done by ladies before?

Tomoko Ogawa climbed Catharsis 8B+ in Japan last year.

I think Angie Payne was the first female 8B.  Bravo Shauna.

I think you really need to speak to dobbin before you make that decision. You've not been involved in any type of climbing related work at some point have you?

What Duma said

A matter of time yes but still  :o in my book. She's not done that many 8a+s and from what I can gather from her social media updates she must have done it pretty quick. Have we ever had a female climber who's in the top few operating in the world, don't think so.

Ah sarcasm. The square peg that never fits in the internet's hole.  ;D

The thing about watching tall people is that they always reach past the holds. Compare and contrast...

It looks great but entirely revolves around a really nasty sharp pocket. I've been up there three times and never managed to stomach more than a few goes.

think someone (you?) may have said this on here a few years ago when I last lusted after it. Doesn't stop the photos looking ace though.

Oh, and nice one Dan, like how he's just gone off on his own and done this, plus the celebrations are marvellously camp.

Amandla V14
King of Limbs V14
The Arch V13
Tea With Elmarie V12
Green Mamba V12
Armed Response V12

Not a bad tick list!
