It's not the first time.
There seem to be a large number of people who struggle with the concept that "the Police" are not a single World Wide organisation (ever seen the average tourist rock up at the Gendarmerie to report a stolen wallet and be all bemused by the frosty welcome/Bums rush)?

Worse, I recently spoke to a local teenager (over 18) who, despite appearing quite normal for the breed; thought we were the same country as America and that Obama was our president (although he seemed to think his name was Barry).

Ha,the genius that is Luke Haines  makes an appearance on UKB! His book about Britpop,"Bad Vibes" is very funny and album "Off My Rocker At The Art School Hop" a bitter,twisted mini-masterpiece.
