Fucking retarded Jobsworths, they can still be recycled

Perhaps the best option if willing to do something yourself to clear up a beauty spot would be to not tell the twats that its not from your home.

Protecting the vulnerable?  Or guilty until proven innocent?

Bit of lateral thinking required here, I guess.

It's one way of getting your officers off the sick and back to work

Protecting the vulnerable?  Or guilty until proven innocent?

It used to be called conditional bail and enforced with remand in custody if breached.

Domestic violence is a massive problem with often years of non reports, retractions and so on.

Not really sure what the solution is but dedicated projects are the way to explore different proposals.

Yes, but punishment on the word of another is an interesting issue.  I know domestic violence is an issue, but this just seems a little open to abuse.

More on the vodafone tax fuck up http://www.private-eye.co.uk/sections.php?section_link=hp_sauce&issue=1276

I hope to share a beer with Mr Brooks in the not to distant future but from my understanding is that the reason we've cut a deal is some EU court ruling which basically meant we would lose; so rather than losing we cut a deal.

So basically we're stuffed because we have a shit, compelx tax system abd people can pay less elsewhere.

So basically no news what so ever but a good reason for people to go off on ill informed rants.  (and if I'm right that includes Mr RB for whom I have a lot of respect and as mate of a mate I would not 'call' lightley) anyway I'm off down int he city Thursday so will try and get a proper view form someone who understands these things.
