Re the lack of compo for Sion Jenkins, a disgrace as was charging the wrongfully convicted for board and lodging FFS.

As to his trial, yes he was not acquitted, but to me that's beside the point, if you can't investigate a child murder properly then you the prosecuting authority, i.e. the state deserve to be fucked financially and otherwise.  It's called due process and it's important.

As to the criminal justice system, it's like the lord privy seal, three lies in one as it neither deals with the criminals, nor is it just or a system.
