it amazes me that a prime minister facing all kinds of charges can bring in a law that gives himself immunity from prosecution - its that kind of shit you'd expect in a third world dictatorship in the middle ages not 21st century europe, fucking madness.

I don't think litter or fag ends should be dropped though, especially when there are bins provided, but consider it less of an issue in towns where people are paid to clear it up than in the countryside where there is no one paid to clear up.
