There was only one slight flaw in the plan - it was bollocks.

Good

The only downside is that the punishment is too lenient and probably won't be dolled out in full.

They should be locked inside the Pope-mobile wearing dog outfits, somewhere in Central Australia during the dry season.

A new TV channel - Channel PIG - will be created to televise their slow, agonizing deaths from dehydration, to every police station in Britain.

Dog suits are too comfortable. Fish suits are where its at for dying in the Antipodean sun.

I think the way forward would be to get Phil the Greek and Silvio together, get them pissed for some Derek and Clive style comedy rants.  I'd pay for that!

I can't understand why this isn't increasing his popularity rather than the opposite.

What a ridiculous idea.

On the subject of debauchery....

I've never understood the attraction of the place and this article sums up why very nicely!

I can't understand why this isn't increasing his popularity rather than the opposite.

Pierluigi in the office next door  (he's Italian BTW.. if you hadn't guessed...  :) ) recons it makes him more popular as he's seen as more of a man (his statement was re-inforced with a clenched fist thrust in a upwards motion... akin to 'get in' type arm actions you might see in the UK)...

Apparently Paddy Pantsdown gained popularity amongst the electorate after his affair.. but he did the right thing and resigned...

Mind you, all that pales compared to the apparent media acceptance of Max Mosely's S&M romp with 5 prostitutes. Of course thats perfectly fine and acceptable as long as they were not dressed in Nazi uniforms! I despair....

I must be having some sort of animal day...  ???

I particularly liked the line: "To avoid using a tractor, last year he experimented by letting loose giant guinea pigs. That worked initially, he said. "But once the hawks had a taste for them they were sitting prey. We were losing them by the hour. Besides, we would have needed 11 million of them to make it work."

Quality..  :)

The chipmunks are very cute but I want nothing to do with the wee fuckers if they have ticks, I am already a tick magnet.  >:(

The sheep idea is brilliant, and who knew you got mini ones!  I hope it works out for him, environmentally friendly and cute, what more could you want?!

I'll be interested to see how this pans out.

I know a chap who had an ASBO prohibiting him from being drunk or drinking alcohol in any public place in England or Wales, but this was soon reduced to a more specific area when it was pointed out that he was homeless and physically dependant on alcohol.

Off licenses in Sheffield centre have been given photos of "habitual drunkards" by the police and told not to serve them or risk losing their license. This has led to an interesting system of buying booze via people who the police don't have photos of.

I think the solution to that womans' problems can only be resolved by her drinking herself to death as soon as possible  :beer2:

Another common solution for people in her position is to drink until the brain damage and dementia get so bad that they can no longer make their own decisions (and sometimes even forget about booze) and so get put under a guardianship order and get looked after in a nursing home.
I like this option better.

Thats fucking  :wank:

Its a medical/personal problem and should be dealt with as such.  Banning her from pubs is completely failing to address the issue.  If people want to drink themselves to death they should be allowed to do so (providing they're not stealing or hurting anyone else to satiate their habit).
