Yup, I'd rather suck a fart from a dead seagull than get on one of his flights again...

Whilst waiting for the painful spasm in my back to subside I started looking for advice on how best to video my Betta, I came across this story.
http://www.practicalfishkeeping.co.uk/pfk/pages/item.php?news=1773

I shan't be using this technique; no matter how interesting the resultant video might be  ::)

what's wrong with your back lagers?

Cramp/spasm in neck, trapezius and jaw leading to all round pain leaking into whole back, shoulder, elbow and forearm. Due to an old neck injury (hatch of a lead roof fell on my head). Thought I was going to need A&E on Friday night, but lying on the floor (and sleeping there in the least painful position) and lots of pain killers left me feeling much better on Saturday. For some reason my usual management techniques/stretches/exercises were just making everything worse. Even managed a couple of easy problems at the works and moderate DIY today. Concentrating hard on holding reasonable posture now.

Currently suffering with a suspected trapped nerve in my neck as well but in an effort to get this thread back on track here is the Dailymash's take on the Oscars.

Grandad on wheels

He's clearly going at a fair pace, but seems to be quite in control, and gives everyone plenty of space.  The news report doesn't seem to indicate exactly whether he was found to have been causing danger or annoyance.

Government Opens up

Now they'll have a ton of money that they would have spent on software license to improve health-care/schools/roads/etc.  Oh wait, hang-on what was I thinking, I forgot about all the excessive reports/investigations that need paying for and our continued intrusion in other countries.

I've always found the idea of "quilted" toilet roll, etc quite ridiculous. Unless you've got piles the size of lemons use recycled.

You could have an iced water input for maximum pile relief :)

On a kind of related note, just when you thought Ryanair couldn't get any worse, think again.  Now they want people to pay to pee.
