Try Phil Ogle 07974 397566. He lives at Kimberworth and is a general builder. If he's too busy he should be able to recommend someone else. Typically roofers just do the roofing so any insulating and boarding up would be done before by you or a builder beforehand. If you want a just a roofer PM me as I know someone who is cheap and fairly good but he's not insured and a bit rough round the edges.
