Hi folks my girlfriend is a bit special and has managed to lose her phone, we think in the area of higgar to car park. It's a Samsung galaxy s2 with a black protective case that looks like a cassette tape.

...which has the handy function of emailing you your phone's position just before the battery runs out. I realise this isn't a lot of use in this case but it's worth using in future / for anyone else.

However they also do Plan B:

....which you can install remotely like Androidlost....... but I've not tried it.

Continuing the theme of leaving things on the roof of her car, my girlfriend has re-enacted this feat with her iPad. She was at Warton quarry/crag car park after a days climbing on wednesday (yesterday). The ipad is in a red leather case and presumably fell off the roof of her car when she drove away.

If anyone spots this or knows anyone who picked it up please get in touch.

That's a terrifying thought. Maybe a get her a really tall van so she can't reach. Or just a medium sized one would do.
